Information collected
The website may collect your Google account identifier, name, verified email, telephone number, vehicle or property information, VIN, service address, appointment preferences, photographs, and messages submitted through forms.
How information is used
Information is used to identify glass, prepare estimates, communicate with customers, schedule service, maintain request records, prevent spam, and improve customer service.
Google Sign-In
Google authenticates your account. Simon's Auto Glass Company does not receive your Google password. The website receives identity information needed to associate a request with the signed-in customer.
Email, SMS, and WhatsApp
Email confirmations are sent to the customer and the business. SMS or WhatsApp messages are sent only when the customer opts in and the messaging service is configured. Message and data rates may apply.
Photographs and VIN information
Uploaded information is used to identify the correct glass and service requirements. Do not upload unrelated sensitive documents.
Data security and retention
Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained as necessary for estimates, service, legal obligations, and business operations.
